The Caravan is a 6 Berth 2017 model with double glazing and electric heating. In the very comfortable and well appointed Lounge area, there is a lovely Electric Fire, a 43” LED TV and free WiFi ( free of charge to guests ) to put your feet up in front of after a days walk through the Nature Reserve or along the Beaches, where you can have BBQ’s, bird Watchers can bring binoculars as the area is protected by the RSPB. You can go seal watching or on boat trips too.

The large heater in the Living room has a remote control so you can control it from the Corner sofa with a fire effect. Fresh and new inside, this well laid out model has ample room for one Master Double bedroom, one twin room and an ample bathroom with Gas heated shower. There is also a double pull-out in the lounge. The Galley Kitchen is fitted with cupboards and all Cutlery, Utensils and Crockery, etc. The kitchen also has a fridge\freezer, Oven and microwave.

In and around the area there are Golf Courses, The RSPB Nature Reserve, next to the caravan and Pagham Harbour nature reserve where you can do seal and bird watching. Goodwood Motor Circuit is nearby, as is the country’s oldest Roman Villa. Boat Tours can be arranged from Chichester Harbour Water Tours plus others, There are Planetarium's and many country Pubs. Restaurants serve locally caught crustaceans and fish, a local pint and family food. The beautiful rustic seaside village of Selsey is where you can dine out, walk and relax amongst the nestled, traditional, scenery of this old Viking trading post.

Beaches

There are glorious sandy beaches at West Wittering and East Head which are very popular in the summer months. Bracklesham and Selsey also have splendid gently shelving sandy beaches approximately 2 hours either side of high tide. The area is ideal for a wide range of water sports including swimming, sailing, windsurfing, sea fishing, surfing and diving. There are many different coastal based clubs in the area.
The beaches at Selsey, Bracklesham Bay, and West Wittering typically achieve "excellent" water quality ratings and have all passed the stringent European Environment Commission (EEC) bathing water quality standards.
