Like the seasons of our beautiful planet Earth, so too are the seasons of the Soul; a time to plant the seeds of your desired life ~ a time to give birth to creativity and new ideas ~ a time to flourish and receive abundance from that same creative process ~ a time for stillness and reflection on what has gone before ~ and a time to say goodbye to all that has been in order to make way for the new.

Nothing happens by chance, rather a deliciously synchronous serendipity…each person, each situation is presented to provide you with the opportunity for change and growth. Your Soul has made a contract prior to this incarnation to optimise its potential for progression. Each person that you encounter is here for a reason, a season or a lifetime and because your Soul has made a contract, a pact with theirs, when the lesson is finished or learned, they will depart, either by leaving, ‘dying’ or acting up, forcing you to take a stand. Be assured that every person, those that love you and support you and even those that ‘press your buttons’ and challenge you, is acting out their part in your life quite brilliantly in order to help you attain the ultimate Oscar ‘Soul Advancement’ ~ in any given moment, we are both the student and the teacher.

Insight and understanding are indeed revelatory, but they are nothing without action. I am here to support your journey of self discovery and to help you get clear, get confident and create a life you love.

Holistic Therapies to bring about balance to the whole person ~ mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually ~ in the quest for optimal health and wellness.
