Today marks 100 years since armistice, which is an incredible milestone. 100 years since silence fell at eleventh hour, on the eleventh day, of the eleventh month of 1918. Today we honour the bravery and courage of those that sacrificed their lives for us. #remembranceday #lestweforget

Our First Aid training courses are considerably cheaper than going to our larger counterparts such as St John Ambulance, or the Red Cross.
Simply because we want to make it, so everybody can come on our training course. You can’t put a price on somebody's’ life and we want to make sure that if, God forbid, you were in that situation, you'd know what to do.

They spent an hour making sure I was rehydrated, and then booked me an Uber home, even walking me to the taxi. I felt very safe and looked after by the whole team.
