In 2004 Select Casting Ltd started up in as an in house extras agency for an already established production house. Growth exceeded all expectations that Select Casting Ltd obtained its independent status as a Casting Agency as well as an Extras agency in 2007.

The company fast flourished and excelled in the ability to understand and cater to the needs of Producers and Directors alike from far and wide. Initially specialising in the Bollywood Market Select Casting quickly obtained the major market share and progressed on to encompass more regional film productions made by film makers from various other regions in the Indian subcontinent. Once this market was secure Select was able to also offer services to film makers from regions such as the Middle East and Russia. The fast growing company did not stop here. Realising Select had more to offer the global concept was launched with a view to providing production companies with the ability to contact one company who can provide services not just in the UK but abroad also, so a film director can film in India, London and Ireland or France and Select would provide the actors, models, dancers or extras etc in each of the three locations having a database with residents across the globe.

2012 sees the company's continued growth not only with the re-development of the existing website designed to allow Casting directors source talent by posting jobs free or by directly selecting their desired performer through the database search, but also with the introduction of the full package in providing LINE PRODUCTION SERVICES AND FULL ACCOUNTING PACKAGES (including the tax credits and day to day cash flow services etc) along side the casting and extras supply. In May 2008 Select Management was born out of the success of Select Casting. Realising that we had so much more to offer our performers, clients and other casting directors alike. We wanted to offer more opportunities to both our performers and our clients.

Select Casting is a team work based company we work closely with our clients, our Performers and casting director in order to work towards the best final production that can be realised.
