Great location and food. Good for business.

New-looking room, huge bathroom & shower, very tidy. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Food is excellent, and choice is very good. Beautiful grounds; understandable that it's a popular wedding reception venue. Price is reasonable compared to other nearby hotels.

Fantastic period property. Beautifully and sympathetically decorated inside, the period features are lovely. The staff were warm and welcoming, very friendly and chatty. Even the chef took time to talk to us. Food is excellent and a broad choice of wines. Nice bar and lounge areas. Highly recommend this place and look forward to returning.
