Selt Description
SELT is a charity dedicated to supporting the development of leadership learning and career development, particularly in education and public services where the key outcome is to improve the learning and life chances of children and young people. The focus of our work is supporting school improvement through educational leadership and training at all career levels.
With two main centres based in KENT and SOMERSET, SELT works closely with schools across the Southern regions and LONDON. We also work nationally and internationally, offering a huge range of workshops and programmes designed specifically to support teachers and aspiring leaders through each stage of their teaching / leadership careers. Our wide range of programmes are tailored to specific needs and contexts and we draw upon the leadership expertise of experienced and serving leaders from many backgrounds.
SELT has a long standing and successful record of working closely with Local Authorities, Dioceses, Universities, HEIs and the charity and private sector, providing the highest quality leadership development, talent management and school improvement.
