Would 100% recommend this place, we went in over bank holiday weekend and it was rammed, we were told that there would be a wait for food but we were happy to wait as are expectations were met, great food but even better service the girls were run ragged but managed to deliver great service

We loved our meal here while on holiday. We had read some bad reviews before we went in but I am glad we ignored them as we couldn't fault our meal or the service provided. We will definitely come back next time we're in Newquay

Never been to Newquay before, so was looking for somewhere to eat. Did some googling and found this place. What a find. It’s superb. Amazing atmosphere, superb service, amazing food and awesome cocktails. Try the Pina Colada Ice cream.

Had the best time here celebrating my partners 30th birthday. Amazing food, amazing cocktails and the best customer service...staff couldn't do enough for us which made the whole evening amazing �

And the steak was the best I’ve ever had .

The only thing which was unfortunate was the table of knuckle draggers on the adjacent table who were extremely rude to the food server . Truly amazing

Only one lovely waitress, the rest had terrible people skills and let the restaurant down. The food was generally good but have had better Mexican food elsewhere. The one cocktail I had was very disappointing. Would not return.

Booked a table for 2 with ease. On arrival we were taken to a high seated table with chairs that resemble bar stools. . I asked if we could have a low seat as I'm short legged and suffer with a bad back. Young man who took us to our table was polite but said all the other tables were booked. We sat for about 10 mins whilst we placed our drinks order and waited for our cocktails, which were lovely. We could see empty tables with low seats and asked the waitress if there was any chance of moving as I was in agony as my feet didn't reach the step on the bar stool and there were empty low tables. She said she would let us know if we could move. Food arrived and was lovely, but no one asked us if we wanted any additional drinks, desert, coffee etc. I had to force someone's attention Just to get another drink and the bill. It was really sad that throughout our meal I saw empty low seated tables continually unoccupied with no offer of us being able to sit there. I kept having to walk around to relieve the pain in my back and staff must have seen this . This ruined what could of been a lovely romantic night. We would of stayed longer if seated elsewhere and offfered more drinks and/desert menu, as we had planned to be there all evening. We ended up going somewhere else for more drinks. I can't fault the food, but service and attention to customers needs work. Other places in Newquay bend over backwards for their customers. It's a shame really, as it wouldn't take a lot to have improved this experience.

I think you will find that not only was the issue with the kitchen as in timing but when the food did come out it was actually pleasurable but your waiting on staff were horrendous apart from the waitress with long brown hair whom tried her best to be attentive in between being summoned by other guest complaining. The young waitress with blonde hair was the most disrespectful person I’ve met she pulled her face and raised her eyes at every comment made, she swore at the table when delivering a meal because it was hot and was unable to spell anything we ordered and at the end of the evening when we asked for our bill which should of been separate and came as one she was insistent that it would magically go into two bills at the till and yet again rolled her eyes when I suggested it wouldn’t. Should this young lady have listened at the time to our concerns and informed somebody other than pulling her face then the situation may have been resolved earlier!!!!!!

As earlier said by our party thanks for the 25% discount but the apology comes to late as we tried to inform you politely at the time and you were not interested and we were not informed by you about the discount until paying, customers and there feedback is vital for restaurants and you need as a manager act at the time and consider giving training as to acceptable behaviour to your waitresses. Will not be recommending this restaurant due to front house service!!!!

Waited 1 hour to get ANY service, then when they did take our order, no starter for over 30 mins & no one would talk to us or acknowledge us- awful! We walked out in the end! Don’t go here!!! Horrendous service! �

WOULD AVOID - 1 and 1/2 hours for incorrect food and missing items. Staff were extremely rude, including swearing around us. Working in a restaurant myself, I know that staff are required to ask customers if everything is okay. Instead, we were ignored and avoided.

Terrible service. We had to wait half an hour until our drink orders arrived. It then took 2 hours for the food to be delivered to our table.

It was a Birthday party and I’d asked for a few balloons..... None!

Complained to staff who were clearly incompetent.

They blamed it on a table of 17 people who were seated downstairs.

So sad to see a local eatery go downhill!

Poor service & poor management - starters arrived separately some straight away some after a good half an hour - then we had to wait one and half hour for main meal with no apology for the delay! Food order & bill were incorrect & again no apology from the manager, who seemed annoyed to be getting negative feedback despite it being delivered in a polite & respectful manner!!! Will not be returning!!!!!

I'm only giving 1 star as I'm unable to give none, our table of ten arrived at 7.30, we didn't have starters until 9.00, some of which were wrong, my main came out, I bit into the chicken, it was pink and undercooked and I've just been very I'll the following morning - nothing but meaningless excuses from the staff - the waitress tried her best but management should have been over a long time before they actually did - food on the whole was tasteless and pricey....good cocktails though.

I ate here on Monday night and got really bad food poisoning, I am self employed and lost two days of work so I sent a polite email, addressing them of my problem and not wanting it to happen to others. It is now Sunday and my email has been ignored so I’m now letting others know.

Awful. Was delivered the wrong drink to start with, then after a decent starter had to wait 50 minutes for the main. The main was awful. Along with that, the staff seemed to be stressed. Bar staff couldn't keep up and the main man seating people was being quite abrupt with them. Not a good atmosphere to be in. Always wanted to try this place but will never go back. £50 down the drain. My and my partners first meal out after our wedding the previous Saturday and was a complete write off!!
