Important announcement from Serene Beauty and Spa!
Although our salon isn’t on the list of businesses that have to close that was released by the government, we have taken the heartbreaking decision to close our salon to any onsite or off site treatments whilst this horrible virus is still growing and effecting more people every day! We simply cannot do our job without being close to clients. This would put us all at risk and put more pressure on our NHS and it’s staff that a...re working tirelessly to keep us all safe!
All gift vouchers will be honoured and extended according to the amount of time we are closed!
I would like to thank every one of our customer for their loyal support in these times of crisis.
We will keep everyone up to date via Facebook and hope to see you all in the near future.

Just a little update after yesterday’s post. We are opening today until 2pm and hoping that we will still be able to open on Monday. We have rang some of our clients to confirm appointments but if you know you are not able to come please let us know. Thanks so much for all of your support in these times xxx

After the most recent announcement from the government we are unclear to whether our business needs to close or not! We will clarify this in the coming hours/days. We will notify our clients who have appointments with us individually when we are sure of the answer! If anyone is in a similar position to us and can clarify please let us know! Thank you all so much for your patience and continued support xx

We have appointments free 4pm today and Saturday 11.45am. Why not try our SkinBase the facial £25.

Just to let you know we are still open our normal hours today 9.30- 8pm.

We continue to open as usual to provide our normal relaxing environment for our clients.
Because of the current situation concerning the corona virus we have stepped up our already stringent cleaning routine. Using disposable equipment where we can and sterilising all other equipment between clients. We have hand sanitiser situated throughout the salon and encourage staff and visitors to use it. Our bathroom has hand wash and hand towels have been replaced with paper towels.
...We ask all clients to come to their appointment at the exact time it is booked for to prevent lots of people sitting in our reception area at one time. And encourage appointments to be booked online or via phone call to prevent extra people being in the salon at the same time.
As always we think about the health and safety of our staff and clients so please follow government guidelines if you feel like you are in a vulnerable position. We can reschedule appointments where needed but please let us know if you plan to do this. As you can all appreciate this is a worrying time and we need to plan our staffing calendars around our appointments.
