Firstly, thank you all so much for your support and kind messages but we have made the decision that it is in the best interest of our clients, staff and the public that we close the Salon with immediate effect.
It has not been an easy decision for many reasons but nothing is more important than looking after all of you and ourselves. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Covid-19 Update
In light of the governments new guidelines, we have made a number of strict changes at Serene Beauty & Hair in order to further protect our clients and staff, whilst we try to keep offering our services:
1. If you are self isolating or have any of the symptoms relating to the Virus, do not attend the salon
... 2. Only the individual due to have a treatment should attend the salon, please do not bring friends, partners or children with you. If a child is booked in, they only need to attend with one parent/guardian (if you cannot facilitate this request, please cancel your appointment and re-arrange when this can be adhered to)
3. All visitors will be required to wash their hands on arrival at the salon.
4. We will not be accepting cash until further notice.
5. Please call or message the salon with enquires and bookings/cancellations, rather than visiting the salon reception.
Although some of these changes may prove to be a little difficult for some people due to personal circumstances, we are trying to protect as many people as possible during this unprecedented time.

Coronavirus update:
We are closely following the government guidelines on Covid-19 and will continue to adhere to any recommendations made.
The most effective preventative measures are around hygiene and we are asking all clients to wash their hands upon entering the salon. We will continue to clean the salon with the correct products and have increased the regularity of our cleaning procedures accordingly.
... It is imperative that anyone who has symptoms or has been in contact with someone with the symptoms, to please not come to the salon and let us know you are not coming. We are working really hard to keep our clients and staff healthy and well so the salon can stay open for as long as possible.
There will undoubtedly be a period of time where we will be instructed to close, as a number or European countries are already experiencing. With this in mind, if you have a future appointment you would like to bring forward (and you’re not in isolation) the please get in touch and we will do what we can.
