Serene Birthing has been developed to provide much needed support for women and their birth companions during pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Using a unique, bespoke Birth preparation programme combined with a range of complementary Ante Natal and Post Natal services we are committed to providing a pathway to serene, empowering birthing and parenting combining practical skills and Jewish sources and perspectives on birthing.

Our primary goal is for our clients to achieve comfortable birthing and a deeper connection to their baby and their role as a mother.

We believe that every woman can have a calm and comfortable birth no matter what path her birthing may take and should enter motherhood feeling empowered and well supported.

We are confident that in a few sessions you can learn to embrace your birthing, trust your body and experience this deeply spiritual transitions in a profoundly new way.
