I just wanted to praise this little beauty. I have been suffering with migraine for 30 years (since I was 4), and for the last 10 they have been chronic, anyway about 6 months ago I was having a particularly bad run of them and was running out of ideas as my medication wasn't working too well and decided I needed to drag myself out of bed and try a bit of a pamper, to lif...t my spirits. So on went the mask, as soon as I applied it my head felt as though it was starting to lift and as it dried it really was clearing, I could finally see without any flashing and the light didn't burn my eyes. I still had a headache, but it felt like just that, a headache not a full blown migraine.
