Serenity Birth And Beyond Description
During five, 2. 5 hour sessions this birth and beyond course offers you information and emotional support for pregnancy, birth and caring for your baby on your journey into the early weeks of parenting. It is also a great opportunity to meet others who are having babies of a similar age in your local area.
The sessions are followed about 4 weeks after the arrival of the last baby with a reunion. This is where you get to meet up with the group again and share your experiences of birth and the early weeks with your baby and gain practical information and advice on where to get further support and information.
My aim throughout the sessions is to help you feel prepared for birth and life with a new baby. Helping you to become confident in your abilities and empower you to make clear choices about what’s right for you and your new family.
