I have always known of my ability to self heal and to use healing for my loved ones. Unfortunately I had Pneumonia several year's ago and self healing fastened up my recovery process. Healing speeds up recovery after illness and operations. Also Reiki is extremely beneficial for pain relief after operations and other conditions such arthritis and migraines. Reiki is also beneficial for addictions, insomnia, depression, menopause, asthma and with cancer.
