Well I’m so glad I booked this place. Absolutely fantastic work, so many people have commented on my brows ! It’s such a friendly and relaxing atmosphere, my brow technician Chelsea was so professional and precise. She took care and time when doing my brows & the end result is just wow ! I will 100% recommend to everyone who asks.

Today I had my microblading top up done by Tash, Iv never been so happy to have a procedure on my face! It's made me feel so much better about myself, I receive compliments on a daily basis. Tash is such a perfectionist, very skilled in what she does. She explained everything to me at my 1st visit 4 weeks ago at my 1st appointment. I left very very pleased with my results. Outstanding customer service skills. I absolutely love my new eyebrows. I wake up and they are just there! And wow perfect. All the ladies at serenity are very professional and make you feel welcome. I can't thank you enough. A very busy, well run business that offers so much.

Tash always does my brow top ups, she's amazing also so polite and helpful. Had a lash lift and tint and haven't wore make up since, there's no need to. Highly recommend.

So yesterday I had microblading done and lashes put in (not sure what the set was called) by tash and I Absolutely love them iv had so many complements already. I would 100% recommend her to do your eyebrows and lashes � xx

Just had my brow top up after 2 years of having them done by Chelsea she is fab very talented calm relaxed atmosphere so worth the hour’s drive for the results! Wouldn’t go anywhere else Xx

I had my brows micro bladed by tash November time and topped up in December and I couldn't be more happier with them. I have previously had them done by someone else and they didn't look half as good. It was also a lot quicker and less painful. I live in solihull so not local at all but defiantly worth the drive! Tash was lovely and the ladies in the salon where also really nice and friendly. Deffo recommend tash and the salon. Looking forward to my next visit.

All the girls there are lovely and it’s a great salon too x
