Congratulations to our consultant Sonia Ashley whose had her first reported case in the Central Family Court. It sets a precedent that the court may rescind a Decree Absolute where a spouse dies after the application is submitted but before it is pronounced by the court.

Cant praise our solicitor highly enough. The sale of our late mothers property has been a long drawn out process with a lot of bumps in the road, but their professionalism, experience and honesty have seen us through to completion. Very happy with the help advice and guidance we've received from Sarah Gillbe.

Setfords had all the deposit and payments with all signed documentation a week before completion. I even emailed to check they had everything. On the day of completion was given an hour and a half to produce more information. If I failed then the whole process would of failed and it would be my fault and I was liable for all costs to all parties. Will not use again

If there was 0 that would be too much. Would never recommend or use. Useless. They make Countrywide Property Lawyers shine.....calls not returned, deadlines missed at least three times. Eventually purchase fell apart due to seller losing patience. Don't blame them. Setfords were a shambles. Save your money and stress levels and use a local firm.
