Please always remember to take your medication!! If you feel like it isn't helping you, contact your doctor and maybe you could get a higher dose or a different type!!

Next up is the incredible Kegan! Kegan is one our illustrious social media managers, ensuring everything runs smoothly on our pages which include Facebook, twitter and instagram. Kegan helps massively to promote us and reach out to more members of the community who might benefit from joining out groups!

Ben is another one of our lovely volunteers! Ben is our data manager and is an absolute whizz at spreadsheets, he helps to keep track of all the members in order to add them to their relevant chosen groups. Without Ben, we'd all be struggling with the data side of things!

We're also introducing our lovely volunteers this week who keep the groups running! First up is Jade, the creator of Seven Spoons. Jade started with a group of 4 and within 2 days gained more and more members to allow Seven Spoons to properly launch! Jade is a wonderful leader who made this project despite struggling with her own health, with the goal of helping chronically ill people to feel less alone.
