Communication with all clients and families using verbal, written, assisted technology, communication passports, Makaton etc.
By observing clients and staff out in the community to provide appropriate support- Right Support, Right Place, Right Time
By keeping up to date with local & national good practice guidelines and policies, we receive Care Quality Commissions new letters monthly to ensure we are meeting the right standards.
