From a Chapel built originally in 1873, to a stylish three bedroom home with good living space and a courtyard garden. This disused building was neglected for years and neighbours were very pleased when we came along to bring this beautiful building back to life. We are pleased that this building has kept its original features as well as being modernised.

Extra planning regulations in a conservation area are created to protect and enhance areas of historic interest. This beautiful house was built in the late 1800's. It was very tired looking and without mainline gas, therefore had to use butane gas bottles. We added solar panels and an air source heat pump for sustainability. We are incredibly proud of the transformation, here is a before and after photo

The first thing to do when considering a loft conversion is to stand up! We advise checking that you can stand upright at your loft's highest point, as this needs to be at least 2.1m high to comply with current Building Control requirements. Orangeries have come a long way since their 17th century Renaissance roots, morphing into a versatile home addition that contains more than just fruit trees. Unlike a conservatory, which uses more glass and is considered more of an add-on, this modern orangery tends to be more akin to an extension, with a pitched roof featuring roof lights. The combination of more brickwork or stonework, and less glazing, makes it better insulated and more suited to year-round use.
