Inviting, helpful and friendly! I was able to talk through my current set-up, and discuss upgrade options with knowledgeable and interested guys. I had a couple of AVR's demoed and ended up buying a Yamaha RX-A3060. Delivered to the boot of my car! Great deal too. 10 out 10 in my opinion.

If all retailers were as polite and helpfull as these guys I would be a much keener shopper! Exemplary service from friendly, knowledgeable staff coupled with good pricing and fast service. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and we will certainly use them in the future.

Exceptional. Very well informed and great advice given. They were cheaper than all online stores and were even willing to open boxes to enable me to trial 2 different products.

Well I received an apology from Sevenoaks today re the closure on a bank holiday. I have have to say it's so refreshing to hear from a buisness with an apology for what was not really a mistake not on their part.
