Severn Valley Electric Bikes

Quite a few bikes on show and helpful staff.

We were on our way to another ebike centre. But we we phoned them as they were on the way. They invited us in and seemed welcoming enough on the phone. Totally ignored us when we got there. (Had to phone them to get their attention!)
Took us straight to their most outdated model. (Had promised us we could try out the bikes on the phone) reluctantly allowed my wife to go round the back of the car park to ride in a small circle as their demo.
Wouldn't allow us to try any other bikes. TBH my wife was ready to purchase one of the bikes as we've been looking round for a while but judging by his attitude didn't get the impression we would have good customer after care from him.

bought an oxygen bike from these guys, allowed me to test it first was a good experience
