I had my prom dress made by Hanya this summer and it was amazing! i sent a picture and had it made exactly the same there was no disappointment! while it was being made if i had any enquiries i would message and they’d be replied to in a day. Such good customer service she is so lovely and kind wouldn’t of picked anyone else to make my dress! thank you x

Hanya made my evening wear for my last pageant, I sent her a picture and got pretty much the exact same dress, with tweeks which we discussed to make it more age appropriate, it was finished within about 6 weeks, super quick and easy. I received so many compliments on it and still to this day get compliments, so many I now rent it out.



Hanya does EVERY SINGLE one of my alterations, whether it’s shortening a dress, making it smaller, fitting an extra panel in because I’ve put weight on� or re-vamping an outfit. Hanya is 1000% the person to go to, herself & her team are blooming amazing and I couldn’t recommend anyone else.



Can’t forget Hanya’s personality, she makes you feel super welcome and her personality is mega bubbly. She’s always making you giggle and telling you her hilarious stories. I have never felt so comfortable and open around someone, than I do around Hanya�

Always amazing customer service here. I went in a few times stressing about different things and they were always amazing and I always left with a smile on my face. I have used this place to re-alter 3 dresses up until now and nothing has been too much. The one that needed so much work was my wedding dress. As you can see from the before and after pictures (attached in the comments boxes below) it had to come down 2 dress sizes, sleeves were added and all the beading work had been re-done. The dress was handled in the most amazing way and you'd have never known that the re-design was not part of the original. The amount of work, hours and patience that was put into the dress was amazing.



To quote my now husband "When you came down that aisle you looked like an angel." To achieve this kind of look requires an expert.

5 star service from the start, very professional and Hanya is amazing at what she does, always with a smile. Love the dress it was perfect.

sew very not impressed. Was charged £120 to alter my daughters prom dress. Went to pick up and they had altered the top and said they’d done the bottom although at the time I thought it was a little long. When we got home we realised they’d not even touched the bottom (the tailors chalk marks were still on it). They seemed very nice still and said just take it back and pick up the following Monday ( that was 4 weeks in total that they had the dress). When we went to pick it up it had not been touched still and my daughter was told to leave it another day and they would do it. She went back the day after and it looked like they had hacked at the hem with a pair of nail scissors. They wanted us to leave it again to straighten it up but We were not happy at all to leave it as by this time we also knew a friends dress has been messed up here. The white gallery were fantastic with us and showed us the absolute mess they’d made of the top too that we hadn’t noticed in the original excitement to pick it up. Instead of taking it in properly they had folded the sheer material over and sewn over the top. They had cut the hanging tags out and then sewn them back in over the top so that they would be seen whatever we did with them. The hem that they hacked at was so uneven from one side to the next and was so noticeable and the material was crooked and jagged all round the bottom. Thankfully with the white gallery ringing them they transferred a full refund to me after they told me they had no cash for me to collect as promised. They also bad mouthed the white gallery saying they were a nightmare trying to get refunds for customers that were no longer theirs - which I obviously told the white gallery about . All I can say is thankfully my daughter look gorgeous on her prom night- no thanks to sew not impressed

After much searching and a phone call to manager, my daughters dress had not been put in the alteration room so hadn't been touched! Was asked to pick it up weds afternoon so cancelled my overtime shift and caught the bus to the shop. Took the dress home as my daughter was working and had had a spray tan. Assured by manager it was fine as they had pinned it when she tried it on so knew what needed doing. Daughter tried on dress that night. Length had been altered but the top looked the same as when we took it in. Hadn't been touched. Contacted them again and arranged to go up 1st thing Thurs morning to sort out. Dress sorted out there and then as I didn't want it messing up again on the day of her prom. Paid £79.95 on the Tues for these alterations in cash at the owners request which in itself is dodgy !!! Daughter didn't want me to complain when she was there in the Thurs. Spoke to white gallery to say I wasn't happy at all and they shouldn't recommend them. They said I'd been massively overcharged and would speak to them. Sew impressed were meant to ring me Fri no word till I messaged them Tues � no help whatsoever. White gallery spoke again and they were meant to ring me today. No phone call as expected. Numerous people have had problems with sew Impressed this year with prom dresses. So my advice is don't go to them at all because you really won't be impressed. Feel free to share cos I will be �
