Hello and welcome to Sewing Seams Easy! Zero waste brand. I’m Mary Anne, bargain hunter, design lover, incurable DIYer, mother of one & a grandmother of one! No longer living on a narrowboat on the Grand Union Canal near Tring! Now living in a cottage in Cornwall!
I have a simple dream: transforming the drab into the fab with an arsenal of needles and thread. I often shop in charity shops, car boot sales, flea markets, and antique stores with an eye for repurposing found objects.
My motto is ‘fabulous, for less’ and I’ll show you how to fix up your wardrobe and home with finesse, one sewing project at a time. Why be plain when you can be amazing, Sewing Seams Easy opens up a whole new world of fun and creativity. Join us at our groups and classes, I didn't know this much fun could be legal!

Thank you for the training course on Sunday. I unlearned my bad habits and left a better sewer...
MaryAnne has a great width and depth of knowledge and is ever willing to share this with us students with great patience and humour. She makes everything seem possible (sewing-wise at least) ...... and I always look forward to our Monday morning sewing classes.
Just completed the zips for the terrified course - what a revelation! They are no longer scary! Great course in a relaxed atmosphere. �
Just completed sewing machine course which was really helpful as my machine sat untouched in its box got 3 years.....
