Sam George is a award nominated and published Level 4 Personal Trainer, Crossfit coach and Strength and Conditioning expert.
He became a Personal Trainer after his own incredible self guided weight loss of 7 Stone back in 2010 and founded Sam George Fitness which is based in Walthamstow in 2014.

And we're back and slightly exhausted from our very first gym trip away in Chamonix.
Huge thanks to: Vicky, Joel, Nikki, Kath, Charlotte, Katheryn, Jon, Kirsty, Liz and Becky for an amazing week.
Training, paragliding, climbing and white water rafting were all part of the week away as well some beautiful hikes around the alps.

The research looked at 33 different experiments that involved almost 2000 people and found that lifting weights anywhere from two — five times a week could reduce depressive symptoms in men and women of all ages.
