Wouldn't take Lennon anywhere else Julia is so good with him. He always comes out looking so smart and smelling lovely. He has been today for his Christmas Hair cut and Bath. Julia is always polite and listens to what you would like and delivers more than you asked for highly recommend for good service and excellent care whilst your Furbaby is there. Lennon practically howls the car down with excitement as soon as we turn off the main road as he knows he is going to the groomers. I have tried a few Groomers in Ashford and this is by far the best. Lennon adores Julia and Maisie. See you in 10 weeks.

Took our Shih Tzu Bobbie to Julia at Shabby to Chic, Julia took her time to listen to what we wanted and executed a great cut, Bobbie now looks fantastic and smells great.

Thank you so much Julia for taking our shaggy pup Snoop and transforming him into a handsome boy again. Finding someone you can trust with your furbabe is tough, but I couldn't recommend Julia highly enough. She was extremely patient and took her time reassuring our 9 month old puppy that everything was OK. He loves his new haircut as much as we do. Our Cavapoo needed a full groom as I had been in hospital for 5 weeks and he was looked after by my neighbours parents. He had shed his winter coat which had got knotted as he hadn't been brushed. The groomer was able to fit Gizmo in just a couple of hours after my call. When I picked him up he looked lovely and was nice and calm. The groomer (sorry I am no good at remembering names, was a lovely lady and I trusted her fully with my dog. The boys were delighted with his haircut :) thank-you

My first visit today with my two dogs . I couldn’t have been more pleased with their hair cuts . My only regret is why didn’t I find this groomer sooner !!!

Julia is a gem and is a first class groomer. We could not be more pleased. Our girls (2 x poodles) looked stunning and were very happy after their bath and spa treatments. Couldn't be happier and could not recommend Julia and her mum highly enough. Fantastic groomers 5*

Iggy has previously hated the groomers, to the point where he was miserable for the rest of the day afterwards. He had a great time here and came bounding out looking very smart and like he'd had so much fun. We'll definitely be back.

I worry about the unknown, but on meeting Julia (and Macy) felt completely at ease. When we collected Rosie 2 hours later after her grooming session not only did she look ultra smart, but more importantly, happy, relaxed and at home in her surroundings. We will certainly be making many return visits in the future, thank you Julia for a job well done.

I haven't trusted anyone to hand strip Alfie for years after a bad experience but Julia was amazing with him and has done a fantastic job. He is one happy little boy. Will definitely be going back and will be recommending Shaggy to chic to all my friends.

Excellent grooming and extremely friendly. I have used several different companies over the years and this one is now by far the best and one I'll be sticking with. Patient and caring towards the dogs as well as being very good at the actual grooming, I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Both our boys love going to see Julia for a pamper, they come out looking and smelling great. They love the fuss and we love how comfortable and enjoyable they find the experience. Would definitely recommend for all types of dog (Rodney is a lab and Frank is a pug).

Bobs first time here , he looks gorgeous and smells yummy !! Even has a little cute bow on his collar which I’m keeping on there � thank you so much for fitting us in , bob will be back for his next one too!! � xx

After struggling with a lab in the bath I took the plunge to go to a groomer, nervous to say the least but my belle is even more beautiful after her visit so pleased thank you so much so friendly and good with belle and even have a Xmas bauble coming with my baby girls picture in it. highly recommend thank you will be returning for sure ��
