Established in 2010 by Charlotte Morisetti, an experienced Cordon Bleu trained cook, Shallot reflects her
love of food and its presentation.
Using a team of experienced and like minded local talent, Shallot has developed into a successful
business which aims to prepare, produce and present food to the very highest standard.
Catering for events as diverse as a dinner for 8, a wedding for 250, and a Moroccan themed 21st
birthday party for 80, individuality is what Shallot celebrates… we will work with you to ensure that your
