Please note that if your dog has fleas, we will have to refuse service. if your dog has fleas which are not discovered until the groom has begun there will be an extra charge of £10 to cover costs of flea bombing the parlour and deep cleaning.

Please be aware that if your animals fur is matted we may have to take the hair off as trying to style a heavily matted coat can be very painful for the animal. The customer will still be charged the pre arranged price plus up to £20 for the extra work.

All quotes include bath, drying, brush, cut /restyle (if needed), anal gland extraction, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning and nail clipping. We also have medicated shampoo for animals with skin problems.

We can also provide small trims for those dogs who's nails, fringes and paws grow quicker than the rest of the body.

We also provide nail clipping and anal gland extraction services separate to the full groom if required.
