Thank you for a lovely week we came with Alfa on 21 August our driver was Howard and our waitress was Anna she is so lovely can't fault this Hotel rooms spacious and clean food lovely

Lovely warm and welcoming. The staff food, entertainment and rooms were great. Our waiter was Llouis he was polite and really helpful. It was March 6 to 10th we stayed, not a lot open in Shanklin as it was early season. However Alpha coaches took us to a couple of places around the Island, and the local buses run all over the island, but it helps if you are able to walk up and down hills. Highly recommended it.
Lovely hotel staff are friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and spacious bedding clean etc no problems with anything the bar area was nice and breakfast was good and the pool sauna etc looked fantastic too. hotel near to shops and short walk into shanklin town will be coming again to stay will recommend to others.

Lovely Hotel close to all amenities had a 4 day break there.
Cannot fault it will be going again, staff freindly and attentive.
I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends, cleanliness is very good, food is served hot and there is good choice. The staff are very friendly and do the best they can to help.

Excellent base for this very successful holiday. All staff cheerful, helpful, friendly. Food and hygiene very good. Not TOO miffed at restricted number of channels available on TV in room. Came here for a seven day break with Northampton based Cloud Nine holidays.

Just come back from here yesterday we had a lovely week and staff was okay but need to learn more English and understand people with disabilities because the young lad at breakfast what we had couldn’t ..overhall a lovely week ..the bar staff was top scores well done ladies xx the staff at the main desk too .. meals when l got them are what l pick had gone entertainment was a bit let down cos only 2 singers on and bingo ..but we will be back cos the place was lovely and I fell in love with it ..the seagulls was also having rave party’s lol �

Beautiful hotel, great entertainment and lovely staff
Had a lovely 4 day break here. Very friendly staff and had a spacious double clean adequate rooms. Food was basic but nicely presented. Close to beach, is a steep walk down/up but right near the lift. We used to walk down and get the lift up. 10 minute walk from town centre, where there are some lovely little coffee shops. Would go again
