Right just a quick post to clarify our returns policy at shanklin vapours. As stated below in the screen shot we will refund or replace (with a receipt) any faulty goods in the specified time given. Any goods bought sealed will be refunded but any goods sold opened and checked to be working right by a memeber of staff will be checked for customer fault/error before any refund is given. If a product is found to be broken by the customer via misuse or error than a refund will not be given. So just as an example if you buy a product and I show you how to use it and you leave the shop with it working fine and return an hour later with a screwdriver in your hand to show me the damage you have done to the item while trying to repair something you broke on it when you got it home. That will fall under the not getting a refund section. Thanks.

This review is mor like a big fat thank you to shanklin vapours for helping me achieve what I thought was impossible. I've always been excited buy the fact that maybe I could ditch the stinky unhealthy 30 fags I was smoking a day and tried many times over the last couple of years to quit with no success. With great delight I found Shanklin Vapours just a few months after opening thought I'd give it another try. ☺ From day one I always felt that I had support in giving up smoking and that's what exactly I've managed to do, never thought it was possible so thank you . Peter and Rachel you are so in the right game ur always very welcoming and very patient with us nicotine craving nutters. Lol.
