The amazing Jesmond Justice headed home today- I was so lucky to be able to be a small part of this big horse's brilliant career up to this point! He now heads home to live a more relaxed life in the dressage arena; so while we are all heartbroken to see him go, we are so glad he's healthy, happy and moving on to the next chapter in his life! I can't thank Ron Pearson of the Jesmond Stud, JJ's owner and breeder, enough for the opportunity to work with such a special boy! X

Halo Salour, owned by Livvy Holloway, lead the dressage today at Somerford in the BE100 open with a 25.8, followed by a steady double clear to finish just outside the top ten! He is absolute class!

Baggrave Summer Solstice, owned by Caroline Edwards, jumping double clear in the CCI 3 Star today at Rockingham- our first event together in four years! 💙

Coulston Topcat, owned by Miranda Harrison, storming round his first CCI 3 Star with a fabulous double clear at Rockingham today! X

Stunning weekend @rockinghamhorsetrials! Sam and Charlie both were stars in the BE100 but a pole kept them out the placings this week. Breeze contested his second ever novice, with a stunning dressage and XC, but an atmospheric jumping ring meant a slightly baby round! Still super pleased with how he is taking to eventing! Imi stormed double clear round her first ever CCI 2 Star before TC and Venus managed two double clears in the CCI 3 Star! Not a bad weekend....Somerford tomorrow with the babies who were balloted from Rockingham! X

Sometimes getting out of bed is the hardest thing you have to do..... *sound on* 😂💙😴 Let's hope Hazel wakes up for @somerfordparkofficial event on Sunday! X

Great first day at the fantastic Rockingham Castle Horse Trials! It was dressage day for the international classes- we had Coulston Topcat, (owned by Miranda Harrison) and Baggrave Summer Solstice (owned by Caroline Edwards) in the CCI 3 Star Short and my own Idonna W in the CCI 2 Star Short. They all did lovely tests, especially considering all the horses are either new to this level or new to me riding them! It is a great starting point for an exciting weekend!! Back tomorrow with the babies too! 👏💕🦄

Here's the gorgeous Freckleton Mythago, owned by @katieddav finishing a lovely test @dhchatsworthhorse in the CCI 4 Star Short, as the "guinea pig". It's great practice for her next run @tattshorsetrials! Very excited with how quickly we are getting to know each other, and excited for this season and beyond with her! X

We had a slightly soggy, but successful day @astonlewallseqc! Idonna W was 4th in the novice and Rodnikova Dream was 12th with a steady run in the intermediate. This sets both of these horses up for their spring international runs in the next few weeks! Lissycremin QT did his first novice today, with a steep learning curve! He took it all on and I'm so excited to cement what he's learned today next week @rockinghamhorsetrials and beyond! X

So lovely to see Etoile and new jockey Laura Patterson really cracking on together! This is them on the way to a double clear at Forgandenny a few weeks ago- looking stunning as ever!!
