bought a bike last year for an Xmas present and have only just took it back for a free service which was done no problem. Needed a tyre and tube, wheels straightened, brakes adjusted all done quickly and very good price. Great customer care and highly recommend.

Bought some tyre levers and when I got home I noticed the packet was open. Upon further inspection the levers were scuffed as if previously used!! Avoid

Recommended. The repairs were done even quicker than I was originally quoted, and for a fair price. I called to tell them I was running late to pick my bike up, and they even stayed open fifteen mins late to accommodate me.

I had a nice experience using the bike workshop services.

Went in recently to purchase a new mountain bike for my son. Staff were friendly and attentive. Was asked our requirements, price range etc. and they where very helpful. Let my son try out a few and were particular vigilant in making sure he would be getting the right frame size.

Bike was chosen and ordered. Had it in stock but not made up. Said I would pick it up a week later however it was ready by the next morning. Fantastic service. Couldn't fault.

Without a doubt, the rudest bike shop in York. I have went to this shop on three separate occasions, all of which have proved to be downright terrible.

The manners and customer service of staff are dreadful, with their interpersonal skills lacking in more areas than any review could possibly cover.

On in incident, a female worker bluntly informed my young daughter that "father Christmas don't exist". A further visit had a male explaining how there was no way he was going to "help me" fix my daughters bike tyre (its actually a bike shop) and the final visit saw the owners attempting to overcharge me by a considerable margin for simple bike bump.

This local shop really isn't worth bothering with. There customer service is appalling and from other reports I've heard, this is a common trend. A total waste of space and not even worth a single star.
