... It is a time when lots of people joyfully appreciate the occasions and opportunities, a time for fun, love and reflection.
It is also a time of high volume spending and making plans. Millions of people will be exposed to the TV and feeling the pressure of buying very expensive items for their children.
If you can afford it and you enjoy it..great!
The bottom line is to make sure you enjoy the seasonal celebrations, but take extra care to not get caught up in the retail push for you to spend your hard earned cash.
I'm sure you know all of this but from my perspective...please stay focused on your own health and the people around you.
Your energy will be pulled away from you, your mind will be pulled away from what serves you well normally.
Please ensure you touch base regularly and keep your aura nice and bright.

This year has been a truly amazing journey. *** so what I have learned to do better than I ever thought possible?
1. Not only can I fully see a person's aura, I can actually report on the full colour spectrum that you transmit in your daily life.
... 2. I can also see areas where the auric field dulls in colour or fades out to nothing.
3. There have been many occasions where I have done an aura reading and at first I wondered why I couldn't actually put a colour on the paper. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't leave a mark of colour in specific areas. The reason is, the person that I am doing the reading for, has the non physical presence of a loved one. Even pets have come through, sitting by the legs of their owner from their physical time with us.
4. The aura also shows me where there are any damaged areas or emotional baggage areas. These show around the solar plexus area and are dull or faint in colour. The person can often fix this little problem area with self healing or healing from a practitioner.
5. A dull aura can also be an indicator of a person that does not share your beautifulness in mind, body and spirit. Often causing problems for you or people you know, a person with this type of aura should be avoided as they will not serve you well. Equally, a dull aura may indicate a person has suffered in some way and just with the love and care from someone that is prepared to offer their love and assistance, a full and happy recovery can be achieved.

Shaun is one of the best and wonderful people I have ever met (Even if its virtual). He is filled with love and compassion. Every Reiki energy he sent us everytime was extremely amazing and comfortable. I have never experienced the amount of amazing comfort with anything else but with his positive comfy reiki energy. He is a passionate person who loves to help people. He had been my favorite role model and I have learnt reiki now(you have motivated and influenced me a lot to learn it).

My horse Minstrel had Reiki sent by Shaun lastnight we are so in tune with each other minstrel an myself after 20yrs of ownership we both benefit from the healing energy of Reiki its Beautiful a good night's sleep for myself an a horse who was completely chilled out in his Reiki stance today whilst tubbing his foot for 15 minutes he gently nuzzeled my hand to say thankyou minstrel is always most grateful for Reiki its amazing to see him enjoy an get so much from it and me too thankyou so much Shaun Christine an Minstrel most grateful Xx
