My first Camera with my favourite supermodel 😁 I used one like this at school to learn all the essentials that are just as valuable today. I took this pic on my phone camera that’s amazing, but still, just a tool like the old cameras always were. Thankfully all cameras are a long way off posing, interacting, controlling light and the visions that professionals should have. although i’m sure most parents/photogs would agree it would be a lot easier if they just told the camera to take the pics whilst they chilled watching their hooligans run riot around the camera lol Have a fun weekend Shaun Scott x

This is one of the 1st and last pics of a beautiful recent wedding. they sum up exactly what I look for in a wedding photo. Sarah Smith & Alex beamed with love and excitement all day I was spoilt for choice wherever I pointed the camera. The Perfect Wedding. I Learnt capturing love is most important after Amanda Jade Murfet wedding some years ago. who even to this day I still think looked like she was going to explode with excitement. she set the standard to what I want at every wedding. we can play around with cameras, poses, lights, backgrounds, settings, filters, but that’s not relevant if the couple are looking as if to say what on earths this photog doing lol So important to capture how one feels on the day :-) Please message if you'd like a chat about your wedding :-) Shaun Scott x

So we had some rain at today's wedding :-) Cold, Wind, Rain and Hail. its actually very rare on a wedding day, I find 99% of the time the weather clears for pics but I liked it today, its when I can show off getting good photos in any conditions :-) a long time ago I used to photograph people against icebergs in Spitzbergen, I learnt then the weather plays a very small part in getting a decent photo, its working with what you’ve got. we know with a nice venue, couple and calm weather that anyone can take an agreeable snap on a phone now. but not many braved a phone pic today and I know the newbie photogs would have been freaking. The only thing I ever need on a wedding day is for the couple to be over the moon in love and ecstatic to be getting married, then we know we’ll get nice pics whatever the conditions :-) Happy Weekend x
