I'd been searching for a reliable local haulier that I could trust and since starting to use Shears they have never let me down. Highly recommended

One of our suppliers uses the pallex network and Shears is the delivery company for us. Been forced to use them for over two years. Absolutely bloody useless. Next day delivery- yep if your lucky, notes on delivery sheets ignored. Broken pallets, promised delivery times forgotten for days. Bring an electric pallet truck Ha,Ha up your bum.
broken down lorries, badly maintained tail lifts that jam, more agency drivers than you could shake a yorkie bar at we have had it all. The one good thing is that the odd good driver is amazing and I have clawed back a lot of delivery costs from my suppliers.
Not even worth one star.
