My one and only beauty salon. Not only do I receive excellent treatments, I receive the added bonus of beauty advice too. I visit monthly and book my next appt before I leave the salon. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I trust Sheetal and she provides an amazing service. Yes you may have to wait a while for your appt but that just shows how busy and popular the salon is, also good things don't come quickly! I don't have a bad thing to say about this salon. I recommend the facials!

My dealings have been mainly with the owner of this place. She is always professional and takes time and effort to ensure I am fully happy with whichever beauty treatment I am undertaking. I have been going to Sheetals since it opened & I have never come across any problems. I really don't understand the bad reviews this place is getting as I always had a fab service. All the staff are very nice & very professional & the owner Sheetal she is extremely nice. They all work hard & always there to help you with whatever you need doing. I have nothing but praise for this place & I will always go there.

I was a regular customer until yesterday. I dont think I would consider going back. I think the staff was new so I did have patience. She peeled my skin on the face while waxing. She carried on with the full face and I said something is burning on my cheek. I was told skin was peeled off. She kept on apologizing and I said its OK. But I have never had my skin peeled off like this before when the other girls did this. I was given aloe gel for two three uses to apply on it so they did whatever they could. And yes I did pay for the services as well :)

My daughter and I had a haircut here and it was a total disaster. Uneven layers you would not expect this even from a trainee hairdresser. When I called to speak to management and explained the situation to a member of staff she said 'it happens'. Management asked me to come in, which I did and she was busy with a customer and I asked for a refund and this was refused. There were two members of staff conversing between themselves in a different language which I understood, to say not to give me refund and just to have the haircut corrected. Anyway they tried to fix it but still very disappointed that the error that it was not taken so seriously. Not great customer service.

once i visited salon near my home and they ruined my eyebrows shape.in sheetals they advised me and now m very happy got perfect shape.

I normally go here to get my eyebrows threaded and have not been disappointed. The customer service is good and friendly and the price is great as well.
