The Sheffield & District Wireless Society is the best place to be to enjoy amateur radio, fostering friendship & enjoyment of this hobby around Sheffield.

S. D. W. S. meets on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays for our formal Nights for talks, demonstrations, lively discussions and activities: 7: 30pm at the Rutland Hotel, 452 Glossop Road, Sheffield, S10 2PY.

We also meet on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays for our "Training Nights" as well as our friendly "Cheers n Beers" gatherings in the public bar at the Rutland Hotel, 452 Glossop Road, Sheffield, S10 2PY.

On the 5th Wednesdays in a month, Check out our events and Member's Hub on Facebook, as we either go out for meals and socials, or we do portable evenings.

Drop in, come and go as you please, there are no subscriptions and membership is free for life.

Get yourself a drink at the bar and perhaps some bar snacks. Teas and coffees also provided, come up, plug in, and relax with us to enjoy amateur radio at its best with like minded individuals.
