During this time of uncertainty, we would like to update you all with how we are managing our business.
Currently we plan to attend booked appointments until we feel it is no longer in our customers or our own best interests to do so.
... We will be contacting everyone directly before each appointment to kindly request the following information..
- If you have just returned from being abroad?
- If you have any type of cough, fever or flu like symptoms or have been in contact with anyone else with these symptoms?
We appreciate and are aware that by allowing us in to your homes and be around yourselves and your families is equally a risk.
We want to minimise the risk by... - Ensuring we use hand sanitiser immediately before entering and after leaving your homes. - ensuring between each visit our samples are cleaned/wiped with antibacterial products. - Getting in touch to cancel if we present any of the symptoms ourselves.
If anyone feels they would like to cancel their appointments please do feel free to get in touch.
We will be reviewing the situation daily and any changes will be immediately published to our Facebook page and customers contacted directly.
