Went for dinner with my mum, great food, seafood and fish heavy menu. Lovely veiws and friend staff. Take a jacket if sitting outside, no space heating.

Six of us had a very nice lunch here today.
A table by the window with beautiful views across to the Welsh hills added to our enjoyment.
The menu is very creative and offers an extensive choice including small plates. Everyone enjoyed their food and would definitely visit again.
We had excellent service from the staff who were friendly and attentive.
Look forward to going again.

We have been several times, including yesterday, 2nd August, we always enjoy our visits.
The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is always excellent, and the views are lovely while dining.
Our only comment is that the toilets need re-decorating.
We shall certainly keep returning.

Visited in June 2017 by accident. Just looking for a place to eat on the Wirral. Great views across to Wales and of the old boats and estuary. Food very good and ambience also very good. Saw this restaurant on the John Barnes episode of Who Do You Think You Are. So if it is good enough for him and his crew it is good enough for me.

Amazing food and great service, atmosphere and location.

It's different from any other restaurant in the area but it could do with a face-lift . Menu's varied, food's good but could be better. I'll certainly return.

Had a table booked on a Saturday afternoon a few weeks ago. Restaurant and terrace were busy as weather was unexpectedly warm. Took half an hour to order some drinks, then another half hour to order food. 90 minutes after arriving we had no sight of our starters, when we asked the waiter he couldn't commit to how much longer it was going to take. 2 hours after arriving and still with nothing to eat we decided to cancel our order and go elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Lovely location. Good food. We had the seafood platter for a starter which was worth it. Service was reasonable. For a main i had a trio of monkfish. Well cooked, but looses a star because it didn't state it comes wrapped in Palma ham. Not great if you don't eat meat as one in my party didnt.
