Phoned up to ask whether or not the jet wash was working , got told twice it was , set out for the 10 miles journey to arrive to a rude lady to say it’s “ out of order “ !!! Waste of diesel & 30mins of driving for the round trip !! Bloody useless !!!

Often seem to have many pumps not working, which is a pain as it can be really busy. Staff are normally very good though.

Had the owner come out abuse me and a nother customer talking to us like a bit dirt he got bold head about early 40s white not very nice man

It's a fuel station that has been out of diesel a couple of times I have visited. Very varied stock in the shop which is good and has a cash point.

Handy for petrol and snacks, drinks. Friendly staff.

Saturday November 19th 2016, 11am. I stopped as usual on my 80 mile journey home from work and asked the staff for £5 change in pound coins for the car wash which I use most weeks before purchasing fuel, coffee and a snack for the remaining journey. I was told "no".
No explanation, no apology, just a flat "no".
Needless to say I did not use the wash or fill up with diesel and did not purchase a coffee or anything else.
There are plenty of other forecourts on my weekly journey where the staff are helpful and polite so I will be using those in future.
I have no desire to continue giving my custom to an establishment with such appalling customer service.

Nice guys behind the till by sadly big wees in the loo. Fuel was very very nice.
