What a rip off!
On the forecourt is a combined tyre pressure/water dispenser, the air costing 50p per 5 minutes, but be quick - by the time the air compressor has charged up and discharged to pump up your tyres then your looking at over 5 minutes, especially if your tyre pressures are low, then you have to pump up your spare, I paid £1.50 to pump up 5 tyres - take plenty of small change your going to need it.
You can then pay 50p to fill up your windscreen washer.
Whatever happened to free compressed air and water can by the fuel pumps, shell have realised that this is an easy way to make a bit of extra money of the consumer and with no one complaining giving them the 'green' light to carry on.
