expensive compare to others ones

In some occasions the tyre compressor was not working, and it costs minimum £1 to use for few minutes, also I experienced the hand wash pressure washer machine was not working after I had put £5 in, went in to the station shop to tell the staff, he was arguing with me that he could not give me a refund, I asked him to come and check the machine, he said he was alone and could not get out to check it, he also had the cheek to tell me that I didn't know how to use the machine, he just didn't want to understand that the machine was faulty! Managed to get the refund after arguing and shouting, could of been sorted in a more appropriate manner if only he had not been so arrogant

Best gas station

Good space for plenty to fuel up. However, slow to serve.

Pretty expensive diesel for this part of London... Don't you think?
The staff also need training on how to welcome customers.
Two stars for Shell.

Doesn't have the new fill & go system yet..
Other than that, it's alright.
