Shenington holds club Kart racing for owner drivers each month attracting around 200 drivers each meeting. The club was formed back in 1960.

MOTORSPORT UK BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIP
For those visiting Shenington KRC this weekend (10th-12th May 2019) please read the following information:
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE
... Please help us to preserve the good relations with our Shenington village neighbours:
• No vehicles are permitted to access or leave the circuit via Shenington and Alkerton villages. • any participants found doing so will be excluded from the meeting. • The village parish council will be taking note of number plates. • The nearest post code for the circuit is OX15 6NW but do not use sat navs as they may direct through the villages. • Entry is off the A422 Banbury to Stratford road at the signpost for Tysoe and Epwell, half a mile from Upton House.“
PARKING ARRANGEMENTS - WHEN YOU ARRIVE
All competitor and mechanics cars must be parked in the A Pits:
• go straight forward from the public entrance then turn left. • park in an orderly fashion, nose into the hedge, after passing the fuel truck starting from Pit A12. • then use the opposite side but not opposite the fuel truck or by the Bruce Hopkins Agri area. • All cars must leave a mobile phone number in their windscreens please.
All motorhomes and caravans must park in the main spectator car park field:
• lined up on the right hand side from the entrance, nose into the grass bank at the rear of the B Pits. • Motorhomes and caravans must not be parked by the circuit perimeter fence as it blocks the view from the start line to the dummy grid.
Entrant trucks and vans: • Set up cannot commence until 09:00am on Thursday. • A queuing system will be operated prior to 09:00am Thursday. • All vehicles to immediately turn right after entering. • the first ones to go all the way down to the Wilkins hairpin and wait there locked up until directed on Thursday morning. • They will then be directed back up the middle to the start of the B and C Pits to set up in the same order as arrival.
Spectators Cars: • Will be parked in the Grandstand Field. • After paying and receiving a programme, go straight ahead to the ‘Grandstand Field’, and park in orderly lines please.

Reminder to all Shenington KRC members that the Annual General Meeting is to be held on Tuesday 7th May starting 7.30 pm at the circuit.
This is your chance to give the committee ideas and suggestions for the coming year, please try and attend.

CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP - 20th-21st April 2019
The next round of the SKRC Club Championship is coming up! There will be a practice day held on the Saturday (20th), followed by the race on Sunday.
If you're interested, there will be a further practice day held on Thursday 18th April. This is available to those racing DR/Easykart, Comer Bambino and Junior/Senior ROK. There is no practice on the usual Friday due to it being Good Friday.

always great fun and well run.. staff have all been very helpful getting me started
Thank you to Gill and Peter and Graham for a fantastic days testing and to all the team who run this superb circuit.
One of the oldest kart circuits in the country and one of my favourites. My son is now the third generation of our family to race here and he is adding to the already fond memories I have from being a child.
My son took his Arks test here this weekend, it was well organised and well run we had a good weekend Thank you to all staff involved .
Loved our first visit to shennington great track , great people , great facilities and great racing , defiantly go again
I had a great day at shenington, I was only watching this weekend but fantastic racing great grids and extremely well run.
I'm so looking forward to next month racing with louie short at the super Prix
Did rounds 10 and 12 and now started the winter series, great fun with great people �
A great circuit and very friendly and professional club
Quality circuit run by quality people 👍👍
