I have been coming to shepherds bakery for many years and always found the staff very helpful and the food is always cooked to a very high standard. The breakfasts are lovey and always presented very well. This in my favourite place to eat in Boston.

In reply to 'The Forza Channel' i am the owner of Shephards bakery, and I can assure you that the shop is cleaned from one end right through to the other once the shop has closed, the cutlery, dining-ware and glassware is washed and dried thoroughly and as for the sausages under-cooked, they couldn't be as they are oven cooked and probed to 78 degrees to ensure they are cooked before serving them to the public, this is a family run business and have been on the go for over 130 years, as for the staffing it must have been a new member who hadn't quite grasped the ropes of the job, if you have any problem come in and see me I'm willing to talk about it, the shop cannot be that dirty and unhygienic as we've had the health inspectors visit and received a 5* rating, if it was as dirty as you have made out we wouldn't have received that rating.
