Excellent meal we will definitely go back. Very friendly and lovely and warm.

Arrived Sunday lunchtime while on a cycle ride, greeted by a member of staff, we asked for a table, told that the restaurant was fully booked but we could eat in the bar area. Ordered a meal off their Sunday Menu ( food served between noon & 4 pm on Sunday). Meal arrived fairly swiftly and was nicely prepared and tasty; a selection of real ales available. This is a traditional pub in a village location next door to the Parish Church. The only negative was the worn look of the covering and very tatty cushions along the bench that the tables (which also needed attention) were along, not pleasent to sit on while eating. Love the ambiance of an old English pub but in this case a bit of renewal or renervation of furniture would make a big difference. Did not see the restaurant so may be a better place to eat your meal.

Fantastic roast dinner, very good service and friendly staff. Loved the old 50s 60s music. Would definitely recommend and on my go again list. Regards sue and John from Dover.

I couldnt believe we stumbled across a pub with so many gluten free options out of the blue!

Not the place if you dont like bad language.

I have been living in Burmarsh almost my entire life and I can honestly say, having experienced it both as a child and an adult, that it is a brilliant, quirky and friendly place to be. Great food, great drinks, great people!

I was recommended this pub by a friend, and I was not disappointed. The food was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly for my large group.
