Standard underground station, not much here, public phones available surprisingly. Mostly clean and tidy.

Right next to westfields if you fancy doing some shopping!

It's a Tube station. Wide gate line. Good for access to Westfield.

A useful interchange on the Central line next to the bus station and an overhead train that will take you to Clapham junction ( part of Southern trains network )or Stratford linking both branches of Westfield. Yes, there's no lift for disabled passengers, a huge oversight in the refurbishment. How this will be remedied in the future is a good question to ask LT. In general though the station has a nice open profile with clear signage, easy to read screens, an ID photo booth and information boards for onward travel. Staff are available at peak times and usually kind locals like myself will stop to help or answer queries. We are, as local guides keen to point out the best shops, restaurants and music venues nearby which include O2 Empire and Bush Hall. For great value eateries try Chop Chop, to the right of the station along the North side of Shepherds Bush Green or Leon heading forwards to the southern edge of Eat Street by Westfield.

The black 'gentleman' at the counter ( 11th of aug , 12:20 ) was busy chatting on facebook , made me wait for him to finish and didn't want to help removing a fare on a secondary oyster card scanned by mistake on a train change , had a bad attitude , seemed bothered about me having the audacity of asking for help and told me to call the oyster helpline , when he could have fixed it in seconds .
Ps : got charged 6 pounds on that card because of him , even if I had already paid for the journey , and obviously , getting through the customer service is not possible

No other hostel is closer to the Central Line. O2 shepherd's Bush Empire and the Westfield - Europe's largest shopping mail.

Shepherd's Bush is great for shopping with Westfield offering different options, or if you want to relax, take a stroll in the park, go to the cinema or just sit in one of the many cafe, restaurant or bars

There are plenty of excellent local Pubs, parks, Westfield shopping centre and. Apartment was very close to the underground station. No services.

Nice Tube station, across the street is the Overground Station. Usually there are performers outside the station. Nearby to the mall and many shops, pubs and markets.

Good station, very clean, but the 'last station' on the central line where you might get a seat in the morning as rush hour starts. Anywhere west of this, no chance until you get to Oxford Circus.

Not bad modern and very clean.
