Always top class and professional service at all times of day/night, dealing with many customer issues for us over the years. Shield Security recently arranged a new electric gate system for our property. The technicians were quick to respond to our request and provided a good quote and timeframe for the work to be completed in. Our new system was installed on the agreed date and the standard of work was excellent. The system works exactly how it was described and we have had no problems.

I am a disabled driver i had an urgent call to go straight to Doncaster royal infirmary as my wife had been taken into intensive care and they were getting no response. i rushed down there parked on a disabled bay but forgot to put my blue badge out. shield gave me a parking penalty ticket. not happy are shield in order to be on hospital grounds and should i pay this fine. Anyone else had this problem please let me know. regards Charles Burton Doncaster.
