Went today for my first session. Was a bit nervous as I wasn't totally sure what to expect. Manny answered all my questions and reassured me all the way through. I have a lot of pain in my shoulder and neck area so he concentrated on them as well as doing the deep cleanse. It didn't hurt anywhere near as much as I was expecting and towards the end I was rather relaxed. Manny even showed me the results of what came out and also took photos throughout for me to look at afterwards. Very professional and a very pleasant experience. Looking forward to going again.

Just thought I would like to share my 2nd Hijama wet cupping experience with my friends, this was the 2nd time I've had cupping done to cleanse all the toxins and release the dead blood from my body. I went on Sunday to have my cupping done and I feel brilliant. I have waited till now to write a review because I wanted to see how I felt a days after. I'm a busy mum of 3 and work so I'm generally always tired, I've felt more engergoded since having this done and would highly recommend it for anyone wanting a boost. I also suffer from tension in my shoulders from stress and that feeling I have all the time has gone. I will defo be going back. I felt very welcomed and found it a relaxing atmosphere.

As a first timer i didn't know what to expect, got to be honest i had a totally different view of how the cupping was performed. However upon meeting the practitioner i felt at ease. Instant feeling: absolutely positive, rejuvenated, and fully recharged. No real pain. Only 6 maroon circles on my back which looked like giant pepperonis!

Just thought I would like to share my 2nd Hijama wet cupping experience with my friends, this was the 2nd time I've had cupping done to cleanse all the toxins and release the dead blood from my body. I first experienced cupping in 2011 on my journey to Hajj but this was totally a different experience where I felt I gained some relief and did my body good. Just want to say a thank you Mani Ahmed for going through an understanding consultation and then performing the wet cupping. I feel great today and even had a great night sleep last night. I went on Sunday to have my cupping done and I feel brilliant. I have waited till now to write a review because I wanted to see how I felt a days after. I'm a busy mum of 3 and work so I'm generally always tired, I've felt more engergoded since having this done and would highly recommend it for anyone wanting a boost. I also suffer from tension in my shoulders from stress and that feeling I have all the time has gone. I will defo be going back. I felt very welcomed and found it a relaxing atmosphere.

I went here looking to detox my body of old dirty toxins aswell as trying to heal a persistent shoulder problem, 2 days post treatment and so far so good. Excellent service

I visited Shifa clinic for cupping on Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised to see my childhood friend Mani as the practitioner. I have had cupping carried out on me for around 15 years now by different people and I can honestly say Mani was one of the best. His clinic is nice and clean, he himself is very professional and his explanation included things I was not aware of. Two days later and I feel full of renewed energy and ready to go! I highly recommend you visit him if you are interested in having cupping done.

Feeling great again after my 2nd session, I've been looking forward to this all week ! Carried out in a very clean and professional manor ! If the weeks ahead are as good as the last time I had this done a month ago then bring it on, this really has sorted out a couple of aches n pains for me! As a first timer i didn't know what to expect, got to be honest i had a totally different view of how the cupping was performed. However upon meeting the practitioner i felt at ease. The service in my opinion from start to finish was very professional, everything was thoroughly explained and it was pain free, at the end of it I booked in for another session of treatment. For me location, treatment, service was brill!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in the clean and private clinic. The male therapist was knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming, so much I didn't feel any pain or discomfort despite him removing four or five cups of toxic blood (fat jelly like!). Couldn't believe what was coming out of my body :/



Proof is in the cup!



Instant feeling: absolutely positive, rejuvenated, and fully recharged. No real pain. Only 6 maroon circles on my back which looked like giant pepperonis!



Feeling after a week: alert, light, fresh and almost like a fit 21 year old athlete that I once was! No kidding. And the giant pepperonis started to disappear. Tip given to me by the therapist was to apply olive oil straight away. Did the job!



Will I go back to Shifa?



I'd be a fool not to make this my local therapist /in fact I already decided to make this therapy a regular monthly fix as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle and anyone reading this post thinking twice whether to try it or not would be unfortunate to not give it a go...
