Local service users, volunteers and local community's are invited to attend ShipShape’s Community Asset Mapping Event. Come and help us identify what the needs are in the neighbourhood. The event is about mapping out the gaps and needs across the neighbourhood, to help us bridge gaps and to ensure we are meeting the needs of the community. Wednesday 26th June 11am-1pm.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Development Worker to join the dynamic and friendly community team at ShipShape Health & Wellbeing Centre.
We are looking for someone who is committed to health & wellbeing and work in the community. The role will involve leading a team, developing activities and supporting with funding bids.

We had a great night out at the Barbershop Chronicles show at The Crucible Theatre last night! 25 of us from ShipShape danced, laughed, enjoyed the music and food for thought from the banter and connections of men in Barber Shops from London to Accra, Lagos & Johannesburg! A drink with the cast in the bar afterwards finished a great evening. Thanks so much Laura and all at The Crucible!

Cycling sessions are open for June/July on Thurs 13th June with Pedal Ready supported by ShipShape. Alan (pictured) said "I haven't been cycling for years and years! Now I feel inspired to go and buy a bike!"
