Shipston Forward Description
Ainscough Strategic Land (ASL), a nationally renowned company, which specialises in bringing forward sustainable developments, holds an option on a piece of land on Campden Road, to the west of Shipston-on-Stour.
ASL prides itself on facilitating projects, which create and deliver carefully researched and agreed benefits to the local community. With this in mind, ASL’s aim is to research the views of local residents so that any proposals deliver lasting benefits to Shipston and its community for years to come.

We would like to thank everyone that attended the consultation event over the last two days to show an interest and provide us with comments.
Further to the feedback ASL recieved last year, we have prepared draft proposals for a mixed use development on the land north of Campden Road located between the former Norgren Site and the urban edge of Shipston.
The draft proposals include a supermarket, petrol station, extra care retirement community, approximately 50 family homes (including a proportion of affordable housing), a community-use building, allotments and parkland.
The proposals will be presented as part of... a Public Exhibition to the local community at Townsend Hall on Wednesday 30th November (9am to 4pm) and Thursday 1st December (1.30pm to 7pm).
We would welcome your interest and views at the Exhibition but if you cannot make it we will be issuing material on the Shipston Forward Facebook page and on www.shipstonforward.co.uk shortly after the Exhibition.
