Typically we charge £349 for arranging a mortgage, however the actual fee will depend on your circumstances and will not exceed 1. 5% of the mortgage amount.
As with all insurance policies conditions and exclusions will apply.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up payments on your mortgage.
You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage
