My approach is based on bringing forth the individual’s uniqueness and individuality in a secure and confidential space. Emotional and psychological difficulties can encompass a wide range of symptoms and can be a result of wide variety of circumstances, situations, traumas and events.

I work with individuals presenting with a range of issues including (but not restricted to) Depression, Addiction, Anxiety, Post traumatic Stress disorder, Bereavement and loss, Relationship difficulties, Psychosis, Trauma, Abuse (Domestic, Racial, Sexual) and Self harm.

At times an individual is simply looking for a safe, secure, calm and confidential space to talk about their suffering, thoughts and feelings.

As a member of the UKCP, I work to their professional codes of ethic and guidance assuring the utmost confidentiality to all my clients. I am open to working within the therapeutic field with individuals from diverse range of traditions, cultural, religious, ethnic backgrounds and gender differences.

I also offer psychotherapy in Urdu and Hindi.

I have several years experience working with vulnerable clients at local authorities. I have previously worked as a volunteer psychotherapist at City and Hackney Mind and currently work as a volunteer psychotherapist at Hillingdon Mind.

I am currently undergoing clinical training at The Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis. Previous to this I have completed psychoanalytical training at Centre for Freudian Analysis and Research and have an MA in Contemporary Psychoanalysis.

Rates: Fees range from £45 to £65 (for up to a 50 minute session) depending on individual circumstances. I also offer low cost clinic fees and am happy to discuss at initial consultation.
